These amazing dresses are from installation and performance artist Robin Barcus Slonia. The dress that is made from over 2,000 casino chips is part of an installation called 'States of Dresses,' while the 'Dollar Store Dresses' exhibit features a [wedding gown](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/disney-wedding-dresses-1) made from whiffle balls and a dress made out of kitchen sponges.

While I'm not crazy about the men's silver shorts, I do love the [feather duster dress](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dirty-looks).

**Implications** - Eco-conscious consumers are eager to adopt green lifestyle habits to reduce their carbon footprints. These consumers appreciate products constructed from upcycled materials as they reuse pre-exisiting goods that still have potential. Companies can appeal to green demographics by manufacturing products that incorporate upcycled materials into their construction.
