The chocolate bar is crafted with a [70% dark recipe](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lindor-dark-70-mint) that's achieved with cocoa from Ghana and the Ivory Coast along with coconut sugar from Indonesia that's Regenerative Organic Certified (ROC). The cocoa butter from the Congo is also ROC, while the bourbon vanilla is sourced from Madagascar. President Michael Bronner commented on the new Dr. Bronner's Magic All-One Chocolate bar saying, "Peppermint is synonymous with both my grandfather and the company he founded. So, it was natural for us to add Cool Peppermint Cream to our Magic All-One Chocolate line. The taste of the smooth, sweet caramel-colored peppermint filling in each bar, made with coconut sugar instead of cane sugar, is pure nostalgia." ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 1.7/10 - Popularity: 13% | Activity: 25% | Freshness: 13% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Lifestyle](https://www.trendhunter.com/lifestyle) > [Food](https://www.trendhunter.com/food) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Ethical Sourcing:** Consumers increasingly seek ethically sourced and certified ingredients for their food, opening opportunities for companies to focus on sustainable supply chain practices. - **Nostalgic Flavors:** Capitalizing on nostalgic flavors provides a chance for brands to cater to customers looking to relive memories through their taste buds. - **Plant-based Chocolates:** The growing demand for plant-based alternatives brings opportunities for chocolate manufacturers to explore and innovate vegan chocolates and treats. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Sustainable Food Production:** The food industry can adapt to consumer preferences by focusing on sustainable methods and regenerative agriculture for better environmental impact. - **Organic Certification:** The certification industry has opportunities to expand stringent organic and regenerative certifications, ensuring consumers have access to ethically produced products. - **Vegan Confections:** Confectionery businesses can explore vegan and plant-based recipes to develop delicious and environmentally-friendly treats for health-conscious consumers. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Delectably Dairy-Free Chocolates](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dairyfree-oat-milk-chocolates.md) - [Peppermint Chocolate Protein Bars](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/peppermint-chocolate-protein.md) - [Minty Vegan Frozen Desserts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nadamoo-peppermint-bark.md) - [Cooling Seasonal Candy Bars](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cadbury-dairy-milk-winter-mint-crisp.md) - [Minty Festive Chocolate Products](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/terrys-chocolate-mint.md) - [Balanced Sweetness Seasonal Chocolates](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/km-extravirgin-milk-chocolate-winter-spice.md) - [Adaptogenic Hot Chocolates](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mint-cocoa.md) - [Decadent Eco-Conscious Truffle Bars](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/magic-chocolate-truffle-bars.md) - [Chocolate Mint Popcorn Snacks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/chocolate-mint-popcorn.md)
