Dokkabier, a US-based brewery specializing in Asian-influenced products, has announced the launch of two new [limited-edition beers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/book-ipa): Rice Kolsch and Dalgona Amber.

Both beers intend to highlight flavors that consumers would only be able to find in [Asian street food](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/asian-style-chips), and, in doing so, offers them two experimental brews that showcase how beer can broaden one's taste palate. Rice Kolsch delivers a malty, slightly sweet flavor, with a bright citrus finish, while Dalgona Amber is a dry amber ale with tasting notes of burnt caramel and toasted bread.

“With our newest experimental brews, we wanted to take a playful approach to the main staple of Asian cuisine and a Korean street food favorite," said Youngwon Lee. the founder and CEO of Dokkaebier.
