The Cooking Blocks range consists of a ladle, spatula and pasta drainer mounted on a rectangular gray panel by three bright blue, red and yellow handles. The handles can be secured onto the frame, which holds and suspends them in place using a [building block-like locking mechanism](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/stackable-cookware). This quirky design brings a sense of childhood curiosity, creativity and playfulness into the kitchen, without compromising on functionality and affordability. By arranging the kitchen tools in different shapes and arrangements, DOIY hopes to remind users of their [youthful building block exploits](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lego-6), and encourage them to infuse youthful creativity and a sense of exploration into their cooking.
