# Fullback Pooch Portraits 'Dogs With Caps' Captures Fashionably Adorable Canines By Matt Ho | Published 2011-10-20 | Art & Design Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dogs-with-caps References: [formatmag](http://www.formatmag.com/news/photography-thomas-hoedholt-dogs-caps/) & [thomashoedholt](http://thomashoedholt.com/) After glancing through Thomas Hoedholt's 'Dogs With Caps' photography series, it's hard not to want one of these adorable pooches for your own. Hoedholt's 'Dogs With Caps' is a series of golden retriever portraits that has this irresistible breed donning some snap-back hats from some of the most popular urban brands. Surprisingly, none of the pictures depict the animals with the usual "what's going on" expression most have on their faces when donning human clothes. Whether it's HUF or an [NBA](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/little-beast-and-nba) cap, all the dogs here look as stylish as they are cute. It's hard not to see the sheer cuteness in this golden retriever series, as each pooch looks just as cute as the next in this sporty attire. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.6/10 - Popularity: 32% | Activity: 39% | Freshness: 8% ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Pet Fashion Photography:** A trend in capturing pets in stylish attire, creating unique and adorable portraits. - **Canine Influencers:** Using dogs as brand ambassadors on social media, tapping into the popularity of pet accounts to promote products. - **Urban Pet Fashion:** A trend in dressing pets in trendy urban fashion, catering to owners who want their pets to match their style. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Pet Photography:** Opportunity for photographers to specialize in pet fashion photography and offer personalized portrait services. - **Pet Fashion Brands:** Potential for pet clothing brands to collaborate with popular urban clothing companies to create stylish pet attire collections. - **Social Media Marketing:** Businesses can leverage the popularity of pet influencers to reach a wider audience and increase brand visibility. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Expanded Pet Apparel Capsule](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/adidas-originals-pet-collection.md) - [Retro Athletic Pet Accessories](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pet-accessories-collection.md) - [Adorable Holiday Campaigns](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/burberrys-holiday-campaign.md) - [Premium Canine Clothing](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-dog-face.md) - [Printed Pet Sweaters](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/smiley-sweater.md) - [Minimalist Pet Accessory Collections](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/neighborhood-dog-series.md) - [Dog-Themed Puzzles](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dogthemed-puzzle.md) - [Spooky Charming Pet Portraits](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/crown-paw.md) - [NBA-Themed Dog-Friendly Collections](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/little-beast-and-nba.md) - [Pet-Taken Camera Initiatives](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/heartography.md)
