# Off-Grid Dog House Designs The 'Bowowhaus' Dog House Prototype Has a Nomadic Construction By Michael Hemsworth | Published 2023-05-03 | Lifestyle Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dog-house-prototype References: [homecrux](https://www.homecrux.com/bowowhaus-dog-house-by-conran-partners/196804/) & [conranandpartners](https://conranandpartners.com/) The 'Bowowhaus' dog house prototype is an adventurous structure designed with canines in mind to keep them comfortable and supported no matter where their owner's lifestyle takes them. Designed by [Conran & Partners](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bowowhaus), the dog house is imagined as a living space for a German Shepherd with a two-wheel design that can be pulled by the inhabitant to a location. The house features a well-sized design along with stairs and a window, while a mattress and dog bowls on the interior keep pooches supported. Sebastian Conran commented on the 'Bowowhaus' dog house prototype to Homecrux saying, "The name Bowowhaus was reflecting the Goodwoof, [Barkitecture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hound-lounge) leitmotif – all puns intended – which logically led to German Shepherd. It was conceived and designed with help from [Beta Design Office](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/moon-carrier) who undertook the design implementation and build."
