A [scintillating and undeniably magical installation](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/chroma-installation) to witness in person, the display is designed to allow the public to take part and orchestrate their own [light performance using their body movements](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lightboks). Designed by Dominic Harris of Cinimod Studio, the 'DJ Light' installation is made up of 85 [inflatable balloons](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/iwagumi-air-scape) that burst with color. Watch the video to see how individuals can make the balloons dance to beautiful transient music. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.6/10 - Popularity: 19% | Activity: 81% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 30% men, 70% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Interactive Light Installations:** Using technology and interactivity to create captivating light installations that engage the public. - **Inflatable Structures:** Using inflatable structures to create dynamic and immersive experiences that can be easily installed and removed. - **Body Movement Technology:** Incorporating body movement technology in installations to allow the public to become the creators of their own interactive experiences. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Event Planning and Production:** Using these trends in event planning and production can create unique and unforgettable experiences that engage attendees. - **Art and Design:** Incorporating these trends in art and design can create new forms of expression that engage and resonate with a broader audience. - **Entertainment:** Adopting these trends in entertainment possibilities into concerts, festivals, and theme parks, could create captivating experiences that would differentiate business offerings and engage customers. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Wonderous Art Installations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/your-psychoacoustic-light-ensemble.md) - [Unique Interactive Installations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-aurora.md) - [Light Garden Installations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/imaginarium360.md) - [Urban Soundscape Installations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/moment-installation.md) - [Intricate Lighting Sculptures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/objects-of-common-interest1.md) - [Inflatable Vibrant Art Installations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/forest-dancer.md) - [Stunningly Intricate Light Installations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/shapes-of-light.md) - [Suspended Lighting Installations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/suspended-lighting-installation.md) - [Disco Light-Replicating Illuminaries](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/flasher.md)
