The Valuable 500 partnered with creative team [AMV](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/accessible-customer-service) BBDO to launch a tongue-in-cheek parody campaign called 'Diver*ish* that showcases how many brands discuss [diversity and inclusion initiative](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/workplace-inclusion) but many fail to include [people with disabilities](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/really-really-good-design).

The parody interview-style campaign shows an interviewer with the leaders of the most "diver*ish*" companies in the world who speak using the "inclusive" jargon but have yet to take meaningful action. For example, one executive answering the hosts' question about diversity and inclusion stating: "I think 2019 is going to be an exciting year... to be disabled." Another answers: "We have women. Lots of women. They’re, like, everywhere."

The campaign asks companies to "stop being #diver*ish*" by joining the Valuable 500's pledge to put disability at the forefront of your corporation's leadership agenda.
