In an effort to use art to help provoke positive change among homelessness, social business [Café Art](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/starbucks-retro-camera) gave out 100 disposable cameras to people living on the streets of London and encouraging them to take photos for a series entitled, My London. The result was breathtaking with over 2,500 collected and 20 will be used in a crowdsourced art project to help better the neighbourhood.

Along with giving everyone involved a disposable Fuijifilm camera, each person was also given basic photography training through the [Royal Photographic Society](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/airbourne-reserve). The images are profound and showcase London through candid, realistic and unseen perspectives rich in color as well as black and white.

Café Art has started a [KickStarter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pgytech-retrova) campaign to hopefully turn the images into a calendar that can be purchased with the proceeds going to help the those in need.
