The Office app is designed so that you don't have to rely on a computer to build a presentation, since one can easily be crafted on the go with a phone or tablet. The Sway app lets you input content easily by uploading photos, searching sources right within the app and makes use of a [drag-and-drop system](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/glorify-animation) so that everything is kept neat and aligned. Even after all of your content has been added, building presentations can be time-consuming when it comes to the design details, but Sway has a unique feature that lets you randomize the design of the presentation so that backgrounds, headers and text are all changed at once. Another neat feature of Sway is that you can embed "Sways" on the web and share direct links to entire presentations to social media. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 4.6/10 - Popularity: 40% | Activity: 89% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Marketing](https://www.trendhunter.com/marketing) > [Interactive](https://www.trendhunter.com/interactive) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Digital Presentation Software:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Develop an AI-powered presentation software that automatically generates content and design based on user inputs. - **Mobile Presentation Creation:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Create a presentation app that allows users to create and edit presentations on their smartphones or tablets, with seamless synchronization across devices. - **Social Media Integration:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Build a presentation software that enables users to directly share presentations to social media platforms with optimized formats for better engagement. ### Who This Affects Most - **Software Development:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Innovate and improve digital presentation software with advanced features and user-friendly interfaces to increase productivity and accessibility. - **Mobile Technology:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Explore mobile technology advancements to create presentation apps that enhance convenience and empower users to create professional presentations on the go. - **Social Media Marketing:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Leverage social media integration in presentation software to provide seamless sharing capabilities and attract businesses looking for innovative ways to engage their audiences online. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [AI Slide Builders](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/snapdeck.md) - [GenAI Presentation Makers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/fotor-ai-slides.md) - [Presentation Creation Tools](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/slidegenie.md) - [Rapid Document Collaboration Tools](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/slideoo-10.md) - [AI Presentation Generators](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/slicks-ai.md) - [Productivity-Focused Design Apps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/canva.md) - [Presentation Design Tools](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/figma-slides.md) - [Slide Video Converters](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pictory-ai.md) - [AI Presentation Creators](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/plus-ai.md)
