Artist Miguel Chevalier is exploring the fragility of the eco-system with his new [immersive exhibition](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/phenomena-abu-dhabi) entitled Digital Abysses.

The large and interactive experience covers over 3,500 sq.m at the Bordeaux Submarine Base in France. Individuals are invited to walk around and discover the 10 [interactive installations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/justine-emard) that comprise the entire exhibit, each of which focuses on human relationships with nature, and the need to preserve [underwater life](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/reef-1). The exhibit consists largely of digitized renderings of sea life, like coral and other animals as well as dream-like simulations of underwater exploration.

The exhibition is dedicated to highlighting the importance of both visible and invisible life forms, and the importance of their existence.
