Developed by Swiss company Suitart, the aptly named Diamond Armor suit is embedded with 1,680 [black diamonds](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/marrow-martini) distributed among its fabric, lapels, stitching and jacket buttons. The suit is also bulletproof -- not just by any old standards, but by the standards of the [NATO](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/series-a-rambler) military alliance. It can withstand bullets fired from handguns ranging from 9 mm pistols to .57 Magnums. A further high-tech feature of the suit is built-in air conditioning that works using a water humidification process. Its outer layer is also waterproof and dirt-resistant. It also boasts an elegant silk lining printed with a painting by Costa Rican artist Luciano Guizueta. If that weren't enough to satisfy the most discerning of suit-wearers, the suit also comes with a tie woven out of 24-carat gold. Unsurprisingly, Diamond Armor is slightly out of most people's price range, at an eye-watering $3.2 million.
