The new 'Wear Your Label' apparel line wants to de-stigmatize mental illness by publicly addressing what is often regarded as a taboo topic. Founded by Kayley Reed and Kyle MacNevin, the young entrepreneurs want to shed light on the fact that nearly one in five people deal with some form of mental illness.

The line features colorful unisex clothing with slogans such as “It’s Okay To Not Be Okay,” and “Sad But Rad." According to the designers, the messages are designed to "create conversations around mental health and ultimately end the stigma (in style).” The tags inside each garment even feature uplifting self-care instructions written by a trained psychiatrist to better help the wearer cope with whatever they may be struggling with.

Not only does this line help to de-stigmatize mental illness, the company also give back 10 percent of its profits to host workshops and give public talks on mental health issues.
