New York City's Lower East Side based Design Gym created a clever front for their creative hub: a taco shop. Open from May 12 to 18th, an nondescript LES storefront will be made into a [pop-up taqueria](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tacommodation) that will secretly house the idea accelerator.

Made up of a community of [creative thinkers and problem solvers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/designer-hikes) looking to redefine how people work, Design Gym will have walk-in hours for anyone looking for help with their own creative side projects, with a side of tacos. This will be in addition to [daily workshops](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/gap-workshop) and nightly events for small groups from startups or established firms. The innovation lab will be disguised in an effort to get people more comfortable and willing to experiment.
