The space was created by BIA Design Studio and was designed to be functional, versatile and visually appealing. It features limited clutter and is instead surrounded by clean lines, geometric shapes and a generally organized layout. The space maximizes light by avoiding any partitions or unnecessary walls. Its entire layout is highly contemporary but the one aspect of it that diverges from this fact is the [overhanging plant life](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mangrove-garden) that acts as a partition that separates the front desk from the rest of the work space. The Desert Routes' office has a [highly contemporary design](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/rock-capital-warsaw-office) that is able to maximize the space it was given to create a productive and enjoyable environment for the company's employees. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.6/10 - Popularity: 86% | Activity: 15% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Geometric Office Interiors:** Designing office spaces with clean lines, geometric shapes, and organized layouts. - **Functional and Versatile Designs:** Creating office spaces that are not only visually appealing but also maximize functionality and adaptability. - **Green Partitioning:** Using plant life as a partition to separate different areas within an office. ### Where This Applies - **Interior Design:** Opportunity for interior design companies to create innovative office spaces with geometric designs and functional layouts. - **Office Furniture:** Opportunity for office furniture manufacturers to develop products that complement the clean lines and geometric shapes of contemporary office designs. - **Landscaping and Horticulture:** Opportunity for landscaping and horticulture businesses to provide plant-based partitions for office spaces, enhancing the aesthetics and creating a natural environment. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Modern Deco Office Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/newgen.md) - [Sophisticated Government Office Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sophisticated-government-office.md) - [Plant-Centric Dynamic Office Spaces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/garden-of-edyn.md) - [Prayer Room Government Offices](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/agata-kurzela.md) - [Californian Modern Office Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/day-job.md) - [Self-Designed Tranquil Workspaces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/studio-saransh.md) - [Valley-Inspired Offices](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kitaoka-group-office.md) - [Minimalist Monochromatic Desk Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/arqus-desk.md) - [Biophilic Workplace Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mangrove-garden.md)
