With the Deloitte Montreal offices expanding seven storeys, taking steps to ensure that a positive work culture is promoted is an important and difficult task.

To bring more of a community focus to the building, while also making its many resources highly accessible, the team at 'Reich+Petch Design' adapted the space. The project was dubbed the '[Deloitte Wayfinding Project](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/neurodiversity-at-deloitte),' in reference to the [versatile workstations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kokuyo) it created. Rather than having a set place for each employee to use every day, Reich+Petch incorporated "check-in kiosks" (which could also be accessed through mobile) that would give teams a fresh place to work daily. In addition, the firm provided more space for wheelchairs and scooters, as well [accessible furniture and equipment](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/teknion), ramps and more.

With this, the Deloitte Montreal offices were made to be more inclusive and open to communication, as employees were constantly working in a fresh area -- which helps to increase morale and energize daily routines as well.
