While the series itself lacked some of the sheer star power (pardon the pun) of its predecessors, it was well written and well acted out. Since its run ended, it has garnered a cult following (like every Star Trek iteration,) and the dedicated fans always come up with new and exciting pieces of Deep Space Nine art. This piece of [Star Trek paraphernalia](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/picard-tea-cup-set) is by [Etsy](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/arcade-clock) seller Shirley and it depicts the Deep Space Nine, a space station, as [a clock](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/radius-clock). The clock is adorned with all sorts of details that keep in line with the real Deep Space Nine. The clock is made out of a Sterling and Noble clock and a Star Wars toy. Now that's being resourceful. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 4.5/10 - Popularity: 74% | Activity: 54% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 70% men, 30% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Pop Culture Clocks:** Opportunity for creating unique clocks inspired by popular culture franchises. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Home Decor:** Innovative clock designs can disrupt the home decor industry. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Tubular Illuminating Clocks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/spacetime-blade.md) - [Subtly Sci-Fi Watch Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/star-wars-x-citizen-rebel-starfighter-boxed-set.md) - [Cubic Sci-Fi Advent Calendars](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/star-trek-borg-cube-advent-calendar.md) - [Nostalgic Space Exploration Timepieces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dsky-moonwatch.md) - [Sci-Fi Media Playsets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/buildabridge-mini-bridge.md) - [Nostalgic 3D-Printed Arcade Clocks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/arcade-clock.md) - [Recycled Plastic Wall Clocks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/shinola-detrola.md) - [Celestially Inspired Desk Clocks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/astral-desk-clock.md) - [Moon-Inspired Wall Clocks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/moon-trip-clock.md)
