The technology was created to neutralize coronaviruses and other pathogens using one of the most powerful oxidizing agents that occur naturally in the open air but exist indoors in low concentrations. The patented air decontamination process is [safe for people and pets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/airdog-p50-pet-air-purifier) and sets itself apart from [filter-based systems](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/blueair-2in1) that are limited to cleaning the air that passes through them. Airora offers a continuous supply of hydroxyls, helping to keep the [air and surfaces clean](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/home-sanitation-device) to reduce both airborne and surface-born infections. Airora Professional has the potential to become a fixture in hospitals, bars, restaurants, classrooms, private homes and public spaces.
