Staying true to its ethos and unique stylistic approach, clothsurgeon launches a deconstructed jacket design. The piece makes use of patterns and materials that are identified with luxe fashion house [Burberry](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/comme-des-garons-3).

The stylish outerwear is a part of clothsurgeon's ongoing 'Reconstruct Project.' For this one, the label makes use of four [vintage Burberry wool scarves](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/burberry-classics) that boast the iconic checkered print. Thus, the deconstructed jacket offering is a one-of experiment that presents the luxurious British fashion house in a new way. In addition, clothsurgeon lines the creatively depicted piece with Gaberdine — "traditionally used on Burberry's signature trench," and creates a playfully sophisticated embellishment with tassels.

The project goes a long way of destabilizing social perception of big brand names and offering an experimental outside perspective.
