# Decomposing Doll Houses Daniele Del Nero Creates Creepy Rotting Scale Models of Structures By Armida Ascano | Published 2010-11-24 | Art & Design Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/daniele-del-nero References: [danieledelnero.blogspot](http://danieledelnero.blogspot.com/p/after-effects.html) & [danieledelnero.blogspot](http://danieledelnero.blogspot.com/) ‘After Effects’ by Daniele Del Nero is a wildly original [installation](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/back-to-basics-ii) inspired by the [natural aging process of inanimate objects](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/age-of-wood). I must admit, I have spent some time around [moldy loaves of bread](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ephemeral-table) in college, but never have they decomposed so beautifully. The result of this odd project is breathtaking, emulating a haunted house vibe that is strange but serene. Daniele Del Nero is rightfully creating quite the commotion in the blogosphere with this project.
