Dan Martensen is the photographer behind the Telegraph Men’s Style Spring–Summer 2011 issue called California Dreaming. The photoshoot features models who love the sand and surf of California beaches. The images have a grainy look that gives them an old-school vibe. Dan Martensen took the photos in both in color and black and white.

Featured designer fashion within the shoot include those from Lanvin, [Bottega Veneta](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/alta-collection1), [Dolce & Gabbana](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/beach-club-popup) and [Marks & Spencer](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/marks-spencer-and-sleep). The male models can be seen wearing rolled up pants that expose their striped socks, cozy knit sweaters and bright green shorts. Makeup artist Dawn Broussard made sure that the guys looked flawless while Dan Martensen captured them. There is nothing better than a perfectly sunny day at the beach!
