These are an indication of its inspiration, which is drawn from the looks of [industrial sheds](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tractor-shed). The [Forest Houses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dom-las) project is in Newham and came into fruition as a prototype for infill sites and updated unloved brownfield. Jonathan Dallas, co-founder of the Dallas Pierce Quintero studio tells Dezeen that "The interlocking buildings have helped reimagine this unloved pocket of space – of which there are many in cities like London – in a way that is space efficient, without compromising on existing amenity space or daylight to neighbouring properties."
