That's it, it's done, this is my new home. I have never seen such a [book haven](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/library-tiny-house) as this ever. Modern, quirky and filled to the brim with books, books, books, it was made to reel in the likes of me and every other [book-lover](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bizarre-bookshelf) in the world. Designed by Isay Weinfeld, the coolest thing about the Da Vila Bookstore has got to be its entryway, which is essentially a pair of [giant bookshelves that swivel open](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/folding-shelf) to allow you in. Ingenious! Did I mention that this is my new home? All I need is a plane ticket to Sao Paulo. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 5.8/10 - Popularity: 86% | Activity: 81% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Architecture](https://www.trendhunter.com/architecture) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Swiveling Bookshelf Entrances:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Incorporating swiveling bookshelf entrances in other places such as libraries, museums, or even personal libraries to create a unique and immersive experience for visitors. ### Who This Affects Most - **Interior Design:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Introducing swiveling bookshelf entrances in commercial and residential spaces to revolutionize the way people enter and experience a space. - **Hospitality:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Implementing swiveling bookshelf entrances in hotels or vacation rentals to offer a one-of-a-kind, memorable stay for guests. - **Architecture:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Integrating swiveling bookshelf entrances in modern architectural designs to redefine the concept of entrances and make a bold statement. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Sliding Wintery Landscape Bookshelves](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/manhwabang-bookshelf.md) - [Wood-Wrapped Contemporary Libraries](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/graded-school-library.md) - [Floating Wetland Bookstore](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/xixi-goldmye-bookstore.md) - [Twisting Donut-Shaped Bookshelves](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hullabaloo-bookshelf.md) - [Block Puzzled Book Nooks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lego-book-nook.md) - [Revolving Bright Kinetic Installations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/library-of-light.md) - [Book Pile Retail Decor](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/aesop-store-1.md) - [Sculptural Bookshelves Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sculptural-bookshelf.md) - [Tree-Like Library Spaces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/forest-of-knowledge.md)
