The cubes are spacious enough for various sized dogs to stand, stretch, sleep or play around in and can be stacked or placed side by side. If these prototypes are put in place, they will help to shelter many dogs. These cubes are also suitable for small backyards and shelters can serve as practical mazes and shelter. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.6/10 - Popularity: 47% | Activity: 52% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Lifestyle](https://www.trendhunter.com/lifestyle) > [Pets](https://www.trendhunter.com/pets) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Modular Dog Shelters:** Opportunity for creating customizable and reconfigurable dog shelters to cater to varying needs and spaces. - **Interactive Pet Environments:** Opportunity for incorporating interactive elements in pet shelters to provide mental and physical stimulation for dogs. - **Puzzle-inspired Design:** Opportunity for incorporating playful and puzzle-like elements in the design of pet shelters to engage dogs and enhance their cognitive abilities. ### Where This Applies - **Pet Furniture and Accessories:** Opportunity for pet furniture manufacturers to innovate and develop modular dog shelters that offer versatility and functionality. - **Animal Shelters and Rescue Organizations:** Opportunity for animal shelters and rescue organizations to adopt interactive and puzzle-inspired pet shelters to provide better care and enrichment for dogs. - **Architectural and Urban Planning:** Opportunity for architects and urban planners to incorporate modular and interactive pet shelter designs in public spaces, parks, and residential areas to promote pet-friendly environments. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Pleated Designer Dog Houses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/issey-miyappy-tessellations.md) - [Ultra-Simple Unibody Dog Houses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-cottage-dog-house.md) - [Flexible Plywood-Made Pet Houses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tuto-pet-house.md) - [Geodesic Dome Dog Beds](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/domehome-dog-bed.md) - [Off-Grid Dog House Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dog-house-prototype.md) - [3d-Printed Modern Dog Houses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dog-hut-side-table.md) - [Chic Plywood Dog Houses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wooffy.md) - [Rollable Bell-Shaped Dog Kennels](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/poochchair.md) - [Bauhaus-Inspired Mobile Doghouses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bowowhaus.md)
