GilBartolome Architecture recently designed a whimsical cliffside home that features a curved rooftop design. One of the challenges of building on a [slopping terrain](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/concrete-house-1) is constructing a roof that will not obscure the homeowner's view. This unusual rooftop design helps to provide an uninterrupted view of the sea below.

'Casa Del Acantilado' is a beautiful cliffside home located in Salobreña, Spain. The home is built into a the edge of a mountain, with the front section facing the Mediterranean sea. In order to work around the difficult terrain, the architects crated a curved rooftop design that surrounds several large glass windows. The unique shape of the room maximizes the seaside view while giving the outside of the home a distinct visual appeal.
