The designs were created by Luca Trazzi and Beatrice Mosca, and produced by Diamantini & Domeniconi. The clocks are currently being exhibited at the Great Cathedral Museum to raise awareness on the city's Adopt a Spire initiative. People who donate to the project are rewarded with an architecturally-inspired cuckoo clock of their choosing, plus the good feeling of knowing they're helping to upkeep some of Milan's most beautiful structures. The Cucù Duomo clocks will be on display at Milan's Great Cathedral Museum until April 27th. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 1.3/10 - Popularity: 14% | Activity: 18% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Home](https://www.trendhunter.com/home) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Cathedral-inspired Cuckoo Clocks:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Creating unique and visually appealing cuckoo clocks inspired by iconic architectural designs. - **Adopt a Spire Initiative:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Implementing similar donation programs in other cities to support the upkeep of historical structures. - **Architecturally-inspired Designs:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Applying architectural elements to various products to create unique and visually captivating designs. ### Who This Affects Most - **Clock Manufacturing:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Incorporating different cultural and architectural influences into traditional clock designs to appeal to a wider customer base. - **Nonprofit Fundraising:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Introducing creative and engaging initiatives to raise funds for maintaining historical landmarks. - **Architectural Design:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Collaborating with artists and designers to create innovative products that showcase architectural aesthetics. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Sculptural Public Art](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/clock-house.md) - [Surrealist-Inspired Clock Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/salvador-clock.md) - [Perforated Metal Clocks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/moov-and-coo.md) - [Mechanical Digital Mesmerizing Clocks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/triaxial-numechron-clock.md) - [Elegant Linear Clocks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/linear-clockworks.md) - [Venn Diagram Wall Clocks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/jetlag-clock.md) - [Minimal Dynamic Desk Clocks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wooden-desk-clock.md) - [Two-Sided Wall Clocks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/corner-clock.md) - [Concentric Timezone Wall Clocks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/analog-wall-clock.md)
