The 11-inch cube can be [manipulated, stretched and shaped](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/moodi) to suit the user. The diffuse light from the Cubeme lamp is perfect for [ambient lighting](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/loops-lamp) and the soft quality of the cube makes it a candidate as a footstool. According to Garniec, the Cubeme is made of sponge, aluminum, acrylic beads, and lots of Polish love. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 4.3/10 - Popularity: 75% | Activity: 45% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Eco](https://www.trendhunter.com/eco) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Sustainable Lighting:** Opportunity for developing eco-friendly lighting options using recyclable materials like sponge and aluminum. - **Flexible Design:** Innovative approach to lighting design that allows users to manipulate and shape the lamp to suit their needs. - **Soft Lighting Solutions:** Demand for soft and diffuse lighting options that create a cozy and ambient atmosphere. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Lighting Design:** Opportunity for lighting designers to create sustainable and flexible lighting solutions. - **Furniture:** Integration of soft and shape-shifting lighting into furniture design, such as footstools with built-in lighting. - **Sustainable Manufacturing:** Using recyclable materials like sponge and aluminum in manufacturing processes to create environmentally friendly products. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Soft Comfort Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/soft-lamp.md) - [Structural Modular Lighting Systems](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cube-one-table.md) - [Portable Cubic Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/romb-mini-lamp.md) - [Infinitely Expandable Light Fixtures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cube-one-table-lamp.md) - [Foldable Wooden Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/interactive-folding-lamp.md) - [Ambient Aesthetically Pleasing Lights](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pofu.md) - [Modular Wax Lighting](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-soft-solids.md) - [Origami-Inspired Cubic Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/megapuff-lamp.md) - [Connected Cubic Desk Lights](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/yeelight-cube.md)
