Although many people enjoy relaxing by a backyard fire pit, clean-up can be a frustrating and time-consuming experience. This fire pit features a user-friendly design that makes it easy for consumers to enjoy a fire anytime. The Cube fire pit was crafted by German designer Thomas Kaiser. The unit itself is made from [stainless steel](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/modular-stainlesssteel), which comes in a sleek cubic design. The Cube is built so that the fuel for the fire sits inside a bowl suspended inside the pit. To extinguish the fire, users simply use heat-resistant gloves to turn the fire pit over. This action deprives the flame of oxygen and instantly puts out the fire. With additional [grilling accessories](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/portable-titanium-grill) included, the Cube is the perfect option for consumers who are looking for a hassle-free backyard fire pit. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 5.4/10 - Popularity: 88% | Activity: 65% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **User-friendly Fire Pits:** Designing fire pits with user-friendly features and easy clean-up options can disrupt the market by providing a hassle-free and enjoyable experience for consumers. - **Sleek and Elegant Fire Pit Designs:** Innovating fire pit designs with sleek and elegant aesthetics can create disruptive opportunities in the outdoor furniture and decor industry, appealing to consumers looking for stylish and functional backyard accessories. - **Multi-functional Fire Pits:** Creating fire pits with additional features, such as grilling accessories, can disrupt the market by offering consumers a versatile outdoor cooking and entertainment solution. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Outdoor Furniture and Decor:** Innovative fire pit designs can disrupt the outdoor furniture and decor industry by offering consumers stylish and functional backyard accessories that enhance their outdoor living spaces. - **Home Improvement and DIY:** User-friendly fire pits that simplify clean-up can disrupt the home improvement and DIY industry by providing consumers with an easy and enjoyable way to incorporate fire features into their outdoor spaces. - **Outdoor Cooking and Entertainment:** Multi-functional fire pits that include grilling accessories can disrupt the outdoor cooking and entertainment industry by offering consumers a versatile solution for outdoor cooking and entertainment activities. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Elegant Firepit Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/backyard-firepit.md) - [Modular Octagonal Fire Pits](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/um-8panel-fire-pit.md) - [Smokeless Accent Fire Pits](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cuisinart-tabletop-fire-pit.md) - [Functional Design-Conscious Fit Pits](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tiki-patio-smokeless-fire-pit.md) - [Portable Fire Pit Stands](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/fire-pit-stand.md) - [Ultra-Durable Portable Fire Pits](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/flamurs-kaleidoscope.md) - [Modular Fire Pits](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/customizable-propane-gas-fire-pit.md) - [Dining Table Fire Pits](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tabletop-fire-pit.md) - [Smoke-Free Fire Pits](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/portable-smokeless-fire-pit.md)
