Re-live and fulfill your childhood dreams in a tree house that is fun and full of fantasy. [Green Line's](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/babendiekstrae-23) principals for this project were Steven Novy and David Rsamussen, and they both worked together to design the ultimate playhouse. The design has two floors and a freestanding wooden staircase leading the way. This treehouse was built between Geneva Peak and Square Top mountain in Colorado. This house has a ladder that leads up to a platform, and another ladder where one can enter the house. Another door of the cabin leads to a slender patio above the trees where one can relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 5.0/10 - Popularity: 81% | Activity: 61% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Arboreal Architecture:** Opportunity for architects and designers to explore innovative and sustainable building designs for creating tree houses and other structures that blend seamlessly with nature. - **Fantasy Playhouses:** Innovative idea for designing playful and immersive structures for both children and adults to escape reality and fulfill their childhood dreams. - **Elevated Dwellings:** Opportunity to explore alternative and elevated housing solutions for those looking to live off the grid or in remote locations, with minimal impact on the environment. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Architecture:** Architects can explore innovative designs for sustainable and nature-inspired tree houses, playhouses, and other structures that cater to new and unique market demands. - **Real Estate:** Real estate developers can explore new housing solutions for those seeking immersive and nature-inspired living spaces that cater to a growing trend of off-the-grid living - **Tourism:** Opportunity for the tourism industry to capitalize on the trend towards immersive and nature-inspired experiences by creating tree house resorts and other elevated, off-the-grid accommodation options. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Vaulted Structural Telescopic Treehouse](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/artistree-home.md) - [Repurposed Wooden Shoreside Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tree-house-by-the-lake.md) - [Nature-Immersive Tranquil Resorts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/treehouse-villas.md) - [Contemporary Conservationist Treehouses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sylvascope-treehouse.md) - [Cartoonish Tubular Treehouses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tubular-treehouse.md) - [Modern Rounded Treehouse Pods](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/burl-treehouse.md) - [Elevated Treetop Modern Cabins](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/buitenverblijf-nest.md) - [Tranquil A‑Frame Retreats](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/steel-a-frame.md) - [Apple Tree-Surrounding Glass Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/acdf.md)
