The band was created exclusively for the resort's bar with only one barrel produced by the Foursquare Rum Distillery, which was aged for 14 years in a [Jim](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/slim-jim-cheese-mode) [Beam](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/antianxiety-sleep-series) bourbon barrel. The rum was aged for the first eight years in the tropics before being brought to a temperature climate to complete the maturation process.
