Netherlands-based artist Havermans uses sheets of metal along with other materials to create a sculpture the whole city is a part of. This [creepy crawler sculpture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sculptural-surveillance) is made with a four-foot crane as its base and connected to an odd shaped piece that dangles over the streets. With lighting effects, this [geometric shape casts strange shadows](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/flowers-and-butterflies-are-dancing) on the street below. This project is part of Hong Kong's Shenzen Bi-city biennale of urbanism and architecture. It takes into consideration the concept of Hong Kong's architecture and the balance between adequate housing and new urbanism for citizens.
