This sleek and modern looking office has a large [open concept style desk area](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/deveron-office), as well as a massive round couch for co-workers to relax on. That, however, is just the tip of the iceberg in terms of what makes this work space remarkable. While the majority of the office is done in an open concept style there are a few [small computer offices](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ma-camilla-isabel-reyes) that have been placed inside of cute red and white shed-like structures. This allows employees to do challenging or loud work behind closed doors without disrupting other employees. In a lounging area inside of the office, Migo has laid out company facts for "imagineers" to read while they are passing through. This work space also includes a whiteboard wall for writing down ideas, which encourages the sharing of ideas at work. This creative work space even includes some peculiar accessories, like Spongebob throw pillows. This fun, open concept work space is perfectly design to encourage creativity and communication in the work place. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 6.7/10 - Popularity: 99% | Activity: 95% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Open Concept Office Design:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Incorporating open concept office design to foster creativity and communication among employees. - **Innovative Work Space Accessories:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Introducing unconventional accessories and design elements to create a unique and engaging work environment. - **Collaborative Work Space Features:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Implementing collaborative features such as whiteboard walls and shared lounging areas to promote idea sharing and teamwork. ### Who This Affects Most - **Office Design:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Revolutionizing traditional office design by incorporating unconventional layout and features for enhanced productivity and employee satisfaction. - **Interior Decor:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Creating innovative and customized interior decor solutions for offices to reflect company culture and improve employee engagement. - **Workplace Wellness:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Developing wellness-focused office designs that prioritize employee well-being and promote a productive and healthy work environment. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Colorful Creative Workspaces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/podimo-office.md) - [Reinvented Office Spaces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mislad.md) - [Multi-Purpose Workspaces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kokuyo.md) - [Bright Creative Office Hubs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sauvage-tv.md) - [Contemporary Dynamic Workspaces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/officetopia.md) - [Inspirational Dubai Office Spaces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cest-ici-design.md) - [Biophilic Workplace Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mangrove-garden.md) - [Wired Grid Open Offices](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/scienceio.md) - [Vibrant Multi-Level Office Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/gensler.md)
