The bowl looks to be dripping off of whatever surface it's laid on. Most people have seen the classic [small, round fish bowls](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pet-jellyfish) that typically house goldfish. While that fish bowl is unmistakable in its design it's in no way new or exciting. This much more creative fish bowl by Psalt Design will make people look twice when observing it. The bubble tank takes up much less space than it looks like it should because of the [droopy design](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/loop-furnitures) of it. Due to that it takes up about half of the shelf space that a fish bowl would normally take up. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 4.7/10 - Popularity: 79% | Activity: 55% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Gen Alpha - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Imaginative Fish Bowl Designs:** Opportunity for designers to create unique fish bowls that capture attention and spark conversation. - **Optical Illusion Home Furnishings:** Potential for creating home decor items that play with perception and challenge traditional design concepts. - **Space-saving Fish Bowl Solutions:** Room for innovation in developing compact fish bowls that maximize functionality while minimizing required space. ### Where This Applies - **Home Decor:** Creative furniture and decor companies can explore unique fish bowl designs to offer customers standout pieces. - **Interior Design:** Opportunity for interior designers to incorporate optical illusion furnishings into their projects for a visually captivating effect. - **Pet Supplies:** Companies in the pet industry can create space-saving fish bowl solutions to cater to owners with limited living spaces. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Dynamic Colored Glass Bowls](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tip-top-glass.md) - [Fish Tank-Inspired Japanese Houses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nao-iwanari.md) - [Display-Centric Dynamic Fruit Bowls](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/circuit.md) - [Creative Dipping Tableware](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dip-sea.md) - [Minimalist Illusory Vases](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/vaso-gota-vase.md) - [Dreamlike Bubble-Shaped Illuminators](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/airshape-lamp.md) - [Puddle-Imitating Minimal Vessels](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/puddle-series.md) - [Bubble-Inspired Pendant Lights](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bubbles-lighting-design.md) - [Bubble-Inspired Bulbous Stools](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bubble-stool.md)
