Made for fans of the time-traveling television show, it looks as though it has been made by famed artist Andy Warhol. The use of bright thread is in line with his series of singular portraits, which are still coveted to this day. Portraying the different reincarnations of Doctor Who, this amazing example of crafty sci-fi dice would be a great addition to any fan's collection. Created by Deviantart user rhaben, an artist based in the United States, the pattern for the crafty sci-fi dice is available online at Etsy and ArtFire. She writes, "They are all there and opposite sides add up to 13." Why wouldn't someone what to try their hands at this project? ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 5.0/10 - Popularity: 49% | Activity: 92% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Crafty Sci-fi Dice:** Using craft techniques to create unique and artistic sci-fi dice. - **Cross-stitched Designs:** Applying cross-stitching to create visually appealing sci-fi themed products. - **Fandom Crafting:** Creating crafts specifically catering to fans of popular television shows and movies. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Craft and DIY:** Craft stores and online platforms can offer materials and patterns for customers to create their own unique crafts. - **Entertainment Merchandise:** Merchandisers can tap into the fanbase of popular TV shows and movies by creating unique and artistic products. - **Online Platforms:** Online platforms like Etsy and ArtFire can serve as marketplaces for artists and crafters to sell their sci-fi themed crafts. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Hand-Knit Sci-Fi Sculptures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/handknit-scifi-sculpture.md) - [Mechanical Vintage Dice Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wm-levsha.md) - [Cubic Sci-Fi Advent Calendars](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/star-trek-borg-cube-advent-calendar.md) - [Dice-Shaped Gaming Consoles](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/unidice.md) - [Sci-Fi Space Station Puzzles](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/maze-game.md) - [Multifunctional Sleek Oak Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dice.md) - [Sci-Fi-Inspired Storage Drives](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/star-trek-discovery-flash-drives.md) - [Astronomy Embroidery Kits](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/star-map-11-hoop-kit.md) - [Space-Inspired Puzzle Sets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/koalabrick.md)
