Despite the bright color highlighting the house’s frame and with its modern shapes, its unique design is still simple. The house seems to be all about framing; wide ceiling-to-floor glass windows let in lots of natural light and cast square-shaped light spots on the walls indoors. The house, named ‘ATZ Living,’ is located in Atizapán De Zaragoza, Mexico and has four levels and covers 2,150 square feet. The concept for the house is intended to generate [open and continuous spaces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/openfield-house). “These modules provide the ability to adapt to each family home as needed, with the ability to extend in a clean, orderly and low operating cost.” Although the design is smooth and open, it is a solid structure that will provide any family with a feeling of security. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.5/10 - Popularity: 77% | Activity: 19% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Africa ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Architecture](https://www.trendhunter.com/architecture) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Bright Metal Houses:** Designing bright colored metal houses that stand out in the neighborhood. - **Framing with Glass Windows:** Incorporating wide ceiling-to-floor glass windows that cast geometric light spots into the house's design. - **Modular Living Spaces:** Creating modular living spaces that are adaptable to the needs of each family. ### Where This Applies - **Architecture:** Innovating modern architecture through color, framing, and modular design. - **Real Estate:** Offering unique and adaptable living spaces to potential homeowners. - **Construction:** Constructing modern and sustainable homes that prioritize natural light and low operating costs. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Compact White-Painted Modern Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/whitepainted-modern-home.md) - [Refined Modern Dwellings](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/silver-house.md) - [Sleek Modular German Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/house-anton-ii.md) - [Geometric Red-Brick Suburban Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ofis-arhitekti.md) - [Simple Material Family Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/openfield-house.md) - [Compact Urban Residences](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/stealth-house.md) - [Grey Brick-Cladded Mexican Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mad-house.md) - [Compact Calming Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/a-sheltered-space.md) - [Charming Angular Contemporary Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/trapezium-house.md)
