# Discreet Sleep Apnea Masks The LOATM Bi-Flex CPAP Masks Boast a Streamlined Aesthetic By Michael Hemsworth | Published 2017-09-27 | Lifestyle Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cpap-masks References: [yankodesign](http://www.yankodesign.com/2017/09/26/a-dream-come-true/) The design of sleep apnea masks is often quite cumbersome which can prevent the wearer from getting a truly restful sleep, so the LOATM Bi-Flex CPAP Masks are designed as a more functional, discreet option. Designed by HSD Ventures, the masks boast a simple nose cup along with a series of tubing that puts it out away from the person's face to ensure that they don't feel inhibited during sleep. The mask also has a soft, flexible design to make for easy cleaning to keep the equipment in top shape when being used on a nightly basis. The LOATM Bi-Flex CPAP Masks identify a need for more streamlined at-home health solutions for those who are managing chronic issues such as sleep apnea. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 4.9/10 - Popularity: 69% | Activity: 71% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen X - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Lifestyle](https://www.trendhunter.com/lifestyle) > [Health](https://www.trendhunter.com/health) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Discreet Sleep Apnea Solutions:** Designing more functional, streamlined and aesthetic sleep apnea solutions - **Flexible and Easy-to-clean Designs:** Creating flexible and easy-to-clean apnea masks - **Remote Health Monitoring:** Exploring more remote health monitoring solutions for chronic issues ### Sectors Adopting This - **Medical Devices:** Developing innovative and convenient medical devices for home-use - **Consumer Electronics:** Integrating technology with home healthcare solutions - **Telehealth:** Creating more affordable and connected telehealth options for sleep apnea sufferers ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Minimalist CPAP Headgear Systems](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nasal-cpap-mask.md) - [Wearable Sleep Care Masks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/linkface-niteaura.md) - [Convenient Sleep Apnea Treatments](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/complete-sleep.md) - [AI-Integrated Mattresses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/optimizeme.md) - [Sleep Apnea Management Devices](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sleep-apnea-management.md) - [Soothing Smart Sleeping Masks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/aura-smart-sleep-mask.md) - [Eyelash-Friendly Sleep Masks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/eyelash-protecting-eye-masks.md) - [Eye-Tracking Sleep Masks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/somasleep.md) - [Powered Breathability Face Masks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/performance-face-mask.md)
