This design choice replaces plastic components typically found in the high-heat zones of similar devices. The cooking chamber of the stainless steel countertop cooking appliance utilizes a ceramic coating that is free of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). The unit is powered by a direct current motor system, which the company states operates at higher rotational speeds than conventional alternating current motors. This motor works in conjunction with a proprietary airflow technology and offers multiple speed settings, aimed at achieving uniform heat distribution and accelerated cooking times. COSORI's appliance also integrates with a companion mobile application that provides recipe guidance and meal planning features tailored for smaller households.
