# Three-Pot Slow Cookers The 'Swing & Serve' Cooking Crockpot Boasts a Multi-Layered Design By Laura McQuarrie | Published 2016-04-02 | Art & Design Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cooking-crockpot References: [knoxnews](http://www.knoxnews.com/entertainment/life/cool-products-from-international-home--housewares-show-in-chicago-2ebac644-b20a-3aec-e053-0100007f7e-374193601.html) The 'Swing & Serve Slow Cooker' is an innovative cooking crockpot that gives home chefs greater flexibility when it comes to preparing meals. While most slow cooker designs are only able to boast one large pot for cooking a meal in advance, this all-new appliance includes three—one large 3.5-quart cooker on the lower layer and two 1.5-quart cookers attached to movable arms. For flexibility, the arms of the second layer can be extended outwards for serving or folded in for storage when not in use. In all, there's only one power cord that's used to operate the Swing & Serve Slow Cooker, but each cooking pot operates independently. This unit is ideal for preparing not just a warm main meal, but hot appetizers as well. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 6.1/10 - Popularity: 81% | Activity: 94% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Home](https://www.trendhunter.com/home) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Multi-layered Slow Cookers:** Creating slow cooker designs with multiple pots for added flexibility in meal preparation. - **Extended Arm Cookers:** Incorporating movable arms in slow cooker designs to extend cooking and serving options. - **Independent Pot Operation:** Developing slow cookers with individual power cords to allow each pot to operate independently. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Home Appliances:** Exploring opportunities in the home appliance industry for creating innovative multi-layered slow cookers. - **Cookware:** Innovating in the cookware industry by introducing extended arm cookers for enhanced cooking and serving capabilities. - **Kitchenware:** Capitalizing on the demand for versatile cooking appliances by developing slow cookers with independent pot operation. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Travel-Ready Slow Cookers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/crockpot-7quart-cook-carry-slow-cooker.md) - [Efficient Multicooker Appliances](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/our-place-dream-cooker.md) - [Campsite-Ready Slow Cookers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/portable-slow-cooker.md) - [Multi-Functional Cook Pots](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/this-cooking-appliance.md) - [Elegant Slow Cooker Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sixquart-slow-cooker.md) - [Hawaiian-Inspired Slow Cooker Concepts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/slow-cooker-concept.md) - [Self-Stirring Countertop Cookers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/powerxl-stirmax-multicooker.md) - [All-in-One Smart Multi-Cookers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/smart-multicookers.md) - [Digitized Countertop Slow Cookers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kitchenaid-6quart-slow-cooker.md)
