In total, the new collection includes eight varieties, including four signature chocolate blends, two single-origin Grands Crus, and two milk chocolates. All of the chocolates are produced through Maison Pierre Marcolini's signature bean-to-bar process at its Brussels workshop. The company also selects and processes its own cocoa beans.
