What started as horse stables, a bomb shelter and a print shop have now been converted into [lofts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/gowanus-loft) with the assistance of designers and developers Benito Escat and Alberto Rovira. The two renovating gentleman used Minim for this project, which ultimately converted a warehouse into living quarters which slits to allow 8,600 square feet of living space.

Exposed brick from the building’s origin as well as tall concrete ceilings are only a few of the loft’s features. Located in Barcelona, Spain, this loft is definitely fascinating in its creation. New Yorkers love [studio apartments](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tribeca-loft) which served former purposes such as art galleries and print shops, but I doubt any of them would be able to enjoy one such as this, with 8,600 square feet of space, while being in Barcelona.
