The antiqued mirror detailing brightens up any room, regardless of whether you're going for an old school [Hollywood](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lego-hollywood-sign) glam feel or an edgy modern look. The futuristic furniture is made from engineered wood and mirror panels, which are glazed with an antiqued finish. The contemporary side table comes fully assembled and should be wiped down with a dry cloth to clean. Household cleaners should be avoided, as they could damage the finish. The modern table would look best in a bedroom as a nightstand or a living room. It would also work well in a hallway or other unfurnished corner. The piece also comes in a variety of metallic shades, from gold to silver to bronze. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 5.6/10 - Popularity: 95% | Activity: 66% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 30% men, 70% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Home](https://www.trendhunter.com/home) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Mirrored Furniture:** Innovative use of materials and finishes in furniture design to create visually stunning pieces. - **Geometric Shapes:** Exploration of unconventional shapes in furniture design to add an element of interest and modernity. - **Multifunctional Furniture:** Designing furniture that serves multiple purposes in a space for more efficient use of available space. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Furniture:** The furniture industry can take inspiration from the use of unconventional materials and finishes to create visually stunning and unique designs. - **Interior Design:** Interior designers can incorporate multifunctional and geometric furniture pieces to add a touch of modernity and interest to their designs. - **Home Decor:** The home decor industry can explore innovative finishes and materials to add a unique touch to their products. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Cloudy Sunbeam Side Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sunbeam-side-table.md) - [Shimmering Oceanic Side Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/liquid-table.md) - [Perplexingly Angular Side Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tadashi-side-table.md) - [Puzzling Geometric Side Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/linked-side-table.md) - [Lunar-Inspired Side Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/moon-side-table.md) - [Slender Geometric Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tong-side-table.md) - [Geometric Cutout Side Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/designated-table.md) - [Impactful Industrial Side Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/to-steel-side-table.md) - [Asymmetrical Storage Side Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/crossbred-side-table.md)
