Located in the Canadian city, the interior of the space is well-defined through a strongly contrasting dual color palette. While La Shed Architecture keeps the space in a [minimalist fashion](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/townhouse-vi), the highly sculptural hits throughout — from the beautiful [spiral staircase](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cm-g1) to the exceptionally sophisticated furnishings, equip the [Park House](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/100meter-outdoor-pool) with a strong and classy appeal. The contemporary black-and-white house was subject to a dramatic renovation and the commissioned professionals truly did it justice in the context of modern architecture. The brick facade was concealed with a coat of white paint, while a wine cellar, a pool, a garden, and a detached garage were unified through the use of contemporary sensibilities.
