German automaker BMW has officially unveiled the Concept XM, its most powerful M model SUV to date. Though the new vehicle is not set to enter the market until late 2022, the company provided an early preview of a production model, highlighting its impressive features.

Based on the preview, the Concept XM will come equipped with a plug-in hybrid powertrain capable of an all-electric driving range of 30 miles. In addition, the SUV will also house a regular V8 engine, bringing its total power output to 750 hp and 737 lb-ft of torque.

Aesthetically, the Concept XM delivers a future-forward design, presenting a sleek, metallic-like exterior and a high-tech, vintage-inspired interior. The inside of the car features a driver-focused cockpit that blends leather, carbon fiber, and copper while featuring a unique 'M Lounge' in the back, built to maximize comfort.
