What is a great way to turn concrete into something beautiful to look at? Color! That is exactly what these [apartment buildings](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/rendezvous-apartment) have had added to their front facades. These pictures were originally posted on a Russian blog by Sturman.

I love that the pictures all reflect nature, illuminating the combination of [urban living and mother nature](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kriskadecor-1).

**Implications** - Though architecture on its own can be a visual marvel, there isn't often an element of fun or fantasy involved in everyday structures. These photos of building makeovers help realize the effect that some [colorful paint](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/crafted-world-exhibition-1) can have on the look of a town or region. This technique can be implemented by ad agencies looking for new media spaces.
