Designed by architecture firm Kavellaris Urban Design, this Australia-based apartment building is beautiful and playful all at once. The building is named '[Spectrum Apartments](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/spectrum-blue-antimicrobial)' and it certainly features a wide spectrum of colors. Each apartment block is angled, which gives the building movement and dimension. The colors of each individual apartment are particularly striking at night when the balconies are illuminated. The colorful apartment has many other features of an amazing place to live, as it was strategically placed near shops, transport, parks, a hospital and a library. Still, the apartment building's best features are the modern interior and the [vibrant and playful exterior](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/rendezvous-apartment). ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 1.4/10 - Popularity: 8% | Activity: 27% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Home](https://www.trendhunter.com/home) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Colorful Apartment Buildings:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Explore innovative materials and technologies to create visually striking and vibrant apartment buildings. - **Architectural Design:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Combine angles and movement in architectural designs to create visually dynamic and attention-grabbing structures. - **Urban Living Experience:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Create living spaces that offer convenient access to essential amenities while providing a modern and playful aesthetic. ### Where This Applies - **Real Estate:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Develop unique and visually appealing residential structures to attract buyers and renters. - **Construction:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Experiment with unconventional shapes and materials to create architecturally unique buildings. - **Home Decor:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Design interior spaces that complement and enhance the vibrant and colorful exteriors of modern buildings. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Bright Colorful Converted Apartments](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/so-sebastio-123.md) - [Bright Balcony-Defined Apartments](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nightingale-village.md) - [Pastel Tonal Apartment Blocks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/regensburg-quarter.md) - [Vibrant Milanese Apartments](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/milanese-apartment.md) - [Office Building Rainbow Facades](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/vertical-rainbow-office.md) - [Vibrant Palette Experimental Apartments](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/2bm-apartment.md) - [Geometric Colorful Residential Spaces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/graphic-house.md) - [Playful Apartment Makeovers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/onda-apartment.md) - [Retro-Rich Kraków Apartment](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/krakw-apartment.md)
