Modern design meets mother nature in Michael Jantzen's Colorado River Bridge Hotel. This ambitious hotel concept is a combination of a bridge and a [luxury hotel](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kymaia-hotel) situated over the Colorado River in the Grand Canyon.

The Colorado River Bridge Hotel has [wind turbines](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/populus-hotel) mounted on its roof in an attempt to make it more eco-friendly. The hotel also has yellow pods that sit in its underbelly and ferry guests to and from the [river below](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wenatchee-river-cabin).

I've seen a lot of concept hotels during my time at Trend Hunter, and I have to say that the Colorado River Bridge Hotel is undoubtedly one of the coolest. Who wouldn't want to stay in a hotel overlooking one of the most magnificent natural wonders of the world? No one, that's who.
