It is a beautiful home nestled in the city with the same name just in the south Indian state of Tamil Nadu. The home is a comfortable forever home as the owners tapped the design team with a brief to create a residence that would meet conceptual goals. This includes "contextualizing the hacienda typology within [Chettinad vernacular](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/gallery-house), calculating Manaiyadi Shastram according to Vastu Shastra tenets, and creating the perfect [city center oasis](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/khome)." The home is two stories and it is complete with a dynamic connection between the two that joins with a [large central courtyard](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sanctum-house).
