The space is expansive and measures 3000 square feet just two hours north of the big city. There, the space features a [showroom](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nothing-design-co), an elevated production facility, and an office -- all of the brand's [lighting fixtures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/roll-hill) are now also produced by their production team in-house. The decision to move out to the Catskill Mountains was decided by founder and designer John Sorensen-Jolink as he wanted the team to be immersed in the landscape. The same landscape is a big inspiration behind many of the [material-centric designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/between-the-lightness-and-the-darkness). He is also a former dancer an understands that many things in life are rooted in human connection and spacial awareness and wanted to be within the right environment.
