The Sydney-based designer decided to take his [used coffee cups](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hmm-design) and turn them into scenes of art. He draws on them and turns them into a wide range of scenarios and characters. He uses toys and props to create scenes that include a smoke-stack factory with workers, a skate park and a native American in front of a tee-pee. Some of the imaginative characters he created by just using paint include Batman, a jack-o-lantern, a [ghost](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pop-culture-coffee) and totem pole. Many of the cups are actually quite deceiving. For example, one cup replicates a roll of salami and even includes "slices of the meat."
