Love is in the air at [Trader Joe's](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tte-de-moine-rosettes-semisoft-cheese) with the launch of the grocery chain's new heart-shaped Coeur de Neufchâtel-En-Bray cheese.

Coeur de Neufchâtel-En-Bray is a [soft-ripened cheese](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/softripened-goat-cheese) with origins that date back to 6th century France. Now, Trader Joe's has recruited an American cheesemaker to make to a modified version of the cheese. Trader Joe's Coeur de Neufchâtel-En-Bray cheese boasts a mild, yet tart flavor that is similar to cream cheese. Trader Joe's version also comes in a festive heart shape, "making it an ideal feature of a Valentine’s charcuterie board or romantic wine and cheese night."

While the cheese is delicious on its own, Trader Joe's suggests pairing it with something light and crisp like a Rosemary Sfogliette, or even something lush and fruity like a Gewurztraminer.
